Using the drop-down menus, select your device brand followed by your device model. We buy just about any laptop that is not older than 6 years. If your device is not listed, please go to our Custom Quote page to contact us directly.
When you have chosen which device you intend to ship to us, we will ask you some basic questions regarding the condition and functionality of the device. The most common problems have been listed, but if your problems are not listed, contact us directly for a Custom Quote. This step is very important because each detail will determine your quote amount.
Once you have accepted our offer, fill out your information and we will create a shipping label that you can print out immediately. You have 7 days to ship your device before your label is void. Be sure to securely package your device in a box no bigger than 20 x 15 x 15 inches and include the packing list. Also, clean the device before you ship it so we can give you the full amount quoted!
Once we have received the package and fully tested your device, we will issue a payment. We can issue instant payments through paypal or we can send a check through the mail. It usually takes 24 hours after we have received the device to issue a payment.
►I Live Outside The United States. Can I Sell My Laptop To You?
Unfortunately, we are only allowing United States based shipments at this time.
►Should I Delete My Hard Drive Data?
You may want to remove personal data, but please do not delete any operating systems on your device. We will need those to be working in order to properly test the device. Durng testing, everything will be deleted from the hard drive so it is not necessary to delete it yourself.
►Should I Remove My Passwords?
Yes. Remove all passwords including Operating System passwords, BIOS passwords, Hard Drive passwords, and any other passwords that will affect testing. Otherwise, we will not be able to honor our original quote.
►How Long Do I Have Until My Quote Expires?
We honor our quotes for 7 days. After that, your shipping label will be void and you will need to request a new quote.

►How Should I Ship my device?
DO NOT USE BUBBLE MAILERS! THEY WILL NOT WORK FOR THIS TYPE OF SHIPPING!
Choose a study box with thick walls that will not collapse easily. Be sure the box does not exceed 20 x 15 x 15 inches. Also be sure the device is packed very securely using padding materials so that the device is protected from all sides and cannot be damaged during shipping. When you shake the box, the device should not move around.
►Where Do I Get A Free Shipping Label?
During checkout and in your email, there is a link to download and print a packing list along with the shipping label that we provide to you to ship your device. It does not cost you anything to use it.
►Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes. We provide the shipping label to affix to your package. All you have to do is find a suitable box no larger than 20x 15 x 15 inches and tape it to the box. Then simply drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier. We use any of the following 3 carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) so be sure to check your label before taking it somewhere.
►Is There Any Insurance On The Devices During Shipping?
Yes. We provide a minimum $100 insurance to all shipments. As long as the device has been packed securely and in a sturdy box, it will be protected by that insurance.
►How Long Does Shipping Take?
Usually, it takes around 3-4 business days after the shipping carrier has received the package.
►How Do I Get Paid?
As soon as we have received the device and properly evaluated it, we will send an email containing our final offer for your device. You have 48 hours to confirm or decline our offer. If 48 hours has passed and we don't get a response, we will assume you have accepted our final offer and disburse your payment through your preferred payment method (Check in the mail or instant PayPal).
►Is The Initial Quote I Receive Accurate?
It is only accurate if you honestly describe your device. Say it has a bad motherboard, water damage, and a bad screen but you selected "Like New" as the condition and got a really high quote. In that case, we can't honor your quote. If you describe it accurately, you will receive the quote specified.
►How Long Does It Take For Me To Be Paid?
It usually takes about 5 business days for us to disburse payments. Whether you choose to receive a check in the mail or instant paypal transfer will determine how quickly you will receive your payment after we have inspected the device.
►Why Is My Payment Less Than The Quote?
The final payment can vary from the orginal quote because of many factors including device malfunctions that were not specified during the intial quote process, dirtiness, missing pieces/parts, and/or you sent in a different device than what the quote was for.
►Can I Change My Payment Method After I Have Shipped My Devices?
Yes. The only way to do so is by sending us a message on our Contact Us page. If we have already disbursed a payment before you have notified us of the change, there is nothing we can do.
